Money Masters

Course Terms, Billing Disclosure, and Privacy Notice

Version 1.0 | Effective August 5, 2026

Legal review required before paid launch. These terms are a carefully drafted operational starting point, but no website terms can eliminate every legal risk. The Man's Cave LLC should have a North Carolina attorney review the final pricing, refund policy, privacy practices, recurring-payment language, and dispute provisions before accepting paid enrollments.

1. Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms govern enrollment in Money Masters, a course offered by The Man's Cave LLC ("The Man's Cave," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing the course, or accessing course materials, you agree to these Terms and the disclosures shown at checkout. Enrollment is intended for adults age 18 or older. Contact us before enrollment if an accommodation or alternate format is needed.

2. Educational and Faith-Based Nature

Money Masters provides general financial education, personal-development exercises, biblical formation, and practical planning tools. It is not individualized investment, securities, tax, legal, insurance, lending, debt-settlement, mental-health, or credit-repair advice. No instructor-student communication creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-adviser, therapist-client, or other licensed professional relationship. Participants should consult qualified professionals for personal advice.

3. No Outcome or Income Guarantee

We do not promise or guarantee wealth, income, debt reduction, credit improvement, business success, investment performance, employment, or any other financial result. Outcomes depend on the participant's circumstances, decisions, effort, market conditions, and use of qualified professional advice when appropriate.

4. Price, Recurring Installments, and Consent

Total course tuition is $600. A pay-in-full purchase is one charge of $600. The installment plan consists of four automatic weekly card charges of $150 each, scheduled for Fridays. It is an automatic recurring card-payment authorization for a fixed schedule, not a manual invoice plan. By selecting installments and checking the recurring-payment consent box, you expressly authorize Square and The Man's Cave to charge the payment method on file under that schedule until all four installments are completed or the plan is properly cancelled.

The installment plan ends after four billing periods and does not renew indefinitely. Square provides transaction receipts to the email address supplied at checkout. Keep your email address and payment method current.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may request cancellation by emailing themanscavellc@outlook.com. We will provide a simple online cancellation method when recurring billing is activated. A cancellation stops future access and future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective. Amounts already charged are refundable only under the policy below or when required by law.

A student may request a refund within seven calendar days after the initial purchase if the student has completed less than 20 percent of the course and has not submitted a graded assignment. After that period or level of use, course payments are nonrefundable except where required by law or approved in writing by The Man's Cave because of an exceptional circumstance. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

6. Failed Payments and Course Access

When a scheduled charge fails, Square may send an invoice or payment-update link to the student. Each verified failed-payment event recorded by the payment processor counts as an attempt. After three failed attempts, course access is placed on payment hold.

During a payment hold, existing progress, submissions, grades, and instructor feedback remain preserved for 30 calendar days, but lessons and community access may be blocked. Successful payment during that period restores access without deleting progress. If payment remains unresolved after 30 days, the prior progress record is archived for administrative and legal recordkeeping, the active course progress is reset, and the student must restart the course after payment is restored. The archive is not made visible to other students.

7. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information, protecting your password, and notifying us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Accounts and course access may not be sold, shared, transferred, or used by another person. We may require email verification or identity confirmation before restoring access or changing sensitive account information.

8. Student Privacy and Confidential Work

Student profiles, progress, assignment files, grades, instructor responses, and payment status are private and may be accessed only by that student and authorized course personnel, service providers, or legal authorities when required. The course platform must use authenticated accounts, private file storage, and row-level access rules.

Do not upload Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, passwords, private keys, tax returns, medical information, or other information not necessary for the assignment. Students are not required to disclose exact balances in community chat.

9. Classroom Community and Conduct

Course chat is a shared learning space. Participants must protect other members' privacy, ask before giving personal advice, and avoid harassment, hate, threats, explicit sexual content, unlawful content, impersonation, spam, and disclosure of another person's private information. The Man's Cave may remove content, mute chat, suspend participation, or terminate access for serious or repeated misconduct.

10. AI-Assisted Digital Instruction

On-demand lessons may use an authorized digital likeness or synthetic voice of De'Antre Patterson. These presentations deliver course material approved by The Man's Cave and do not represent real-time conversation or individualized financial advice.

11. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

The course, Money Solutions workbook, lesson text, videos, graphics, assignments, trademarks, and teaching methods are owned by or licensed to The Man's Cave LLC. A paid student receives a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal educational use. Materials may not be copied, sold, publicly posted, taught, distributed, scraped, or used to train a commercial system without written permission.

12. Student Submissions

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant The Man's Cave a limited license to store, review, annotate, and display that content privately as needed to teach, grade, support, secure, and administer the course. We will not use a private assignment as a public testimonial or marketing material without separate written permission.

13. Technology and Availability

We work to provide reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, provider outages, legal requirements, or events outside our reasonable control. When a material outage is within our control, we may extend access or provide another reasonable remedy.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, account sharing, security threats, unlawful conduct, intellectual-property misuse, or material violation of these Terms. When practical and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a non-urgent violation. Sections concerning payment, privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers, records, and disputes survive termination where legally permitted.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Man's Cave LLC and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from course use, financial decisions, third-party services, or unauthorized reliance on general educational content. Any aggregate direct liability will not exceed the amount the participant paid for the course during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a lawsuit, each party agrees to provide written notice of the dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution, unless immediate relief is reasonably necessary. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms for future enrollments or to address legal, security, or operational changes. Material changes affecting an existing paid student's recurring charges or access will be disclosed clearly and, when required, will not take effect without additional consent. The version accepted at enrollment is retained with the student's enrollment record.
